If you’re thinking about dining out tomorrow, make your reservations at Sushi Roku at W Scottsdale. On Tuesday, January 19, Sushi Roku will donate 20 percent of all proceeds to the American Red Cross, Yéle Haiti and the Clinton Foundation, which are providing immediate, direct relief to victims of the devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12. American Red Cross assistance may include sending relief supplies, mobilizing relief workers and providing financial resources and recovery. Grammy-Award winning musician, humanitarian and Goodwill Ambassador to Haiti, Wyclef Jean founded Yéle Haiti in 2005. It’s a grassroots movement that builds awareness for Haiti while helping to transform the country through programs in education, sports, the arts and environment. As the UN’s Special Envoy to Haiti, President Clinton is asking everyone to give what they can to support the people of Haiti respond and recover from this disaster. Donations to the Clinton Foundation will help provide immediate relief and long-term support to earthquake survivors. 480.970.2121, http://sushiroku.com/.
