Work out more? Manage money better? Nah. This is a resolution we can get behind. Scottsdale’s The Art of Ice Cream Experience is celebrating Ice Cream Resolution Week, Jan 21-27. Each day, a different resolution is highlighted and encourages ice cream lovers to achieve new levels in their own personal ice cream experience. At the end of the week, on Jan. 27 from 2 to 5 p.m., is an Ice Cream Truck Day, featuring several local ice cream artisans.
Bonus: There is no cost to attend Ice Cream Truck Day.
The Art of Ice Cream Experience will be around through March. Tickets to The Art of Ice Cream Experience are available here.
