Breakfast options include omelets; beef short rib hash; stuffed French toast with lemon cream cheese and fresh berries (pictured); and more.
Lunch favorites like burgers and sandwiches are now available as gluten-free options. Diners will enjoy the bacon cheeseburger with Virginia bacon, balsamic onions, and Tillamook cheddar; a B.L.T. with avocado; and more.
For dinner, diners can choose from dishes like the popular Tuscan kale salad; braised beef short rib with oven-roasted vegetables and creamy grits; and roasted spaghetti squash with braised greens, tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and parmesan crust (pictured). www.eatatzuzu.com.
