Del Frisco’s Grille in Phoenix has partnered with Julia Baker Confections (pictured on homepage) for a progressive culinary experience. Hosted on Wednesday, August 7, the event kicks off with a three-course dinner at Del Frisco’s, including a glass of fine wine. After dinner, guests are invited to take a short walk to Julia Baker Confections at Biltmore Fashion Park to enjoy a gourmet dessert paired with coffee or tea. The price is $55 (plus tip and tax) per person, and includes choice of appetizer, salad, entrée, and one glass of wine, plus dessert and coffee drink. Spotted Donkey Cantina (pictured) at el Pedregal wraps up its beer dinner series on Wednesday, August 7 with a final reception and three-course dinner with beer pairings by Mudshark Brewery. The Phoenician’s Lee Hillson joins Hidden Meadow Ranch for one night only at Hidden Meadow Ranch’s’s Inaugural Long Table Guest Chef Dinner on Aug. 10. Starting at 6 p.m., Hillson and HMR’s Chef de Cuisine Ben Mulé will partner together to prepare a four-course meal of rustic Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Taggia at FireSky Resort and Spa in Scottsdale continues their hot summer specials with a gourmet happy hour feast. Many of the restaurant’s appetizers and snacks (think sweet potato chips, smoked Marcona almonds and more) are 50 percent off regular price daily from 5 to 7 p.m. until Labor Day.
