It might be hot out there but two Fox Restaurants Concepts locations are keeping things very cool this summer. Now through Aug. 31, guests at Culinary Dropout can take advantage of two gastropub-inspired “Dine In” or “Drop Out” menus available for $20 at both Valley locations (Phoenix’s The Yard and Scottsdale Waterfront).
Diners can choose from a selection of starters, entrées and adult beverages like the restaurant’s Soft Pretzel & Provolone Fondue (pictured), followed by the famous Fried Chicken. For a lighter, summery meal, try Culinary Dropout’s Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, followed by an entrée salad like the Italian Salad, made with shaved salami, pickled peppers, olives, provolone and oregano vinaigrette. To drink, sip on the After School Special (pictured) made with raspberry-infused Sauza Silver, ginger agave, lime and Modelo Especial.
The fun doesn’t stop there; pop in Culinary Dropout at The Yard on Sundays to experience the restaurant’s Sunday Funday. Under the large, shaded structure fitted with fans and misters, families can snag a yummy brunch and hang out all afternoon (warm up that throwing arm for lawn games like cornhole and ping-pong). After 5 p.m., The Yard transforms to a 21-years-and-older hot spot, and patrons can enjoy happy hour pricing all night. www.culinarydropout.com.
