Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG) has officially announced the name of its newest independent lifestyle hotel in downtown Phoenix: Denū Hotel & Spa. Slated to open in September 2026, Denū promises to be a naturally inspired urban retreat that brings a fresh and refined hospitality experience to the city.
Located at 1 East Adams Street, the 17-story hotel and spa draws its name from a local term meaning “Valley of the Sun,” a tribute to its geographic setting and its ethos of renewal. Pronounced “DEH-noo,” the hotel reflects PHG’s vision of the vitality of Phoenix’s urban core with the energy of the surrounding landscape.

The hotel will feature 236 guest rooms, including 15 suites and one presidential suite. The property will also offer more than 22,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.
A rooftop bar and pool will offer views of the Phoenix skyline, while a full-service spa will provide a tranquil refuge rooted in wellness traditions and contemporary luxury. Guests can expect immersive culinary experiences across several on-site dining venues, including a fresh fare café concept.
