The holidays are sweet, tasty and full of plenty of reasons (good and bad) to guzzle a few flutes of Champagne. Maintaining healthy habits can be challenging and often are ignored until the New Year arrives. But this year, Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is making healthy habits easier to maintain through the holiday season so you never have to fall behind.
Kicking off Nov. 24, Health for the Holidays and Beyond is a new class series at the Spa at Four Seasons, designed to help participants focus on wellness during and post holiday season. Open to the public, the free classes will be led by Susan Valandra, a holistic nutritionist certified by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and health coach of Scottsdale-based Brilliance Nutrition & Lifestyle. She will share simple, easy recipes and tips for maintaining weight and wellness during the holidays.
