Summer Heats Up at Caesars Republic

As temperatures rise in the Valley, Caesars Republic Scottsdale has checked into summer mode with a calendar of culinary events, rooftop pool parties, live music and wellness experiences.

The resort is rolling out a season full of experiences designed for locals and visitors, whether that means sipping Napa Valley wine during a multi-course dinner, spending Saturday afternoons poolside with DJs and cocktails, or catching sunset views with live music and drinks in hand.

One of the standout events of the season is “Craftsmanship by Plate and Bottle” at Luna by Giada on May 18. The evening pairs the restaurant’s signature Italian dishes with wines from Cakebread Cellars, the celebrated Napa Valley winery known for Chardonnays and Cabernets. The dinner experience highlights pairings and classic winemaking techniques in an intimate setting.

Food lovers will also want to mark their calendars for “Exclusive Meet & Eat: Giada’s Favorite Things” on June 2. The one-night-only event offers guests the chance to meet celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis while enjoying a four-course tasting menu inspired by some of her favorite dishes, wine pairings and dessert.

Of course, no summer lineup would be complete without poolside energy, and Cleopatra’s Pool & Bar is fully embracing the season. Memorial Day Weekend kicks off with “Red, White & Poolside,” a two-day celebration featuring live DJs, barbecue and drink specials. Guests can expect a party atmosphere with burgers and all-beef hot dogs grilled over open flame on the Santa Maria grill.

The celebration continues throughout the summer with Cleopatra’s Summer Pool Series every Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. Live DJs, handcrafted cocktails, VIP cabanas and a revamped food experience transform the rooftop pool into a lively daytime destination. Hotel guests receive complimentary access; locals can purchase day passes that include a complimentary beverage.

Daily happy hours at Luna by Giada and Wolf by Vanderpump offer plenty of reasons to linger. At Luna, guests can enjoy crave-worthy small plates, wine and cocktails alongside live music during “Live at Luna” on Friday and Saturday nights. Over at Camelback Veranda, sunset cocktails and live music set the tone for relaxed evenings under the desert sky during “Sunset Sessions.”

The resort’s “Wellness, Then Water” series adds a twist to the traditional workout class. Saturday sessions feature rotating instructors and formats ranging from Pilates to sculpt workouts, followed by complimentary access to the pool party afterward. Upcoming collaborations include workouts presented by The Vault Pilates and Karma Scottsdale, along with pop-ups from wellness and lifestyle brands.

For visitors wanting a full weekend escape, the resort’s “Unleash Your Alter Ego” package includes a $50 daily food and beverage credit, late checkout and tickets to the Saturday pool parties with a Friday or Saturday night stay. Caesars Republic Scottsdale is making a strong case for staying local this summer – preferably with a cocktail in hand and a poolside cabana nearby.
