Who doesn’t love food and wine and the summer? We certainly do! Thus, we are excited to announce the first ever Angel Fire Food and Wine Roundup at Angel Fire Resort in New Mexico.
Known for its stellar skiing, Angel Fire is ready to show guests that they are pros at food and wine as well. From August 24-27, 2017, the resort will be hosting a western-themed food and wine festival that will showcase the top offerings in western cuisine, brews, spirits, wine, and much more.
Featuring restaurants, winemakers, distillers and artists recognized all over the world, the festival will include tastings (of course) but also:
- cooking demos
- wine seminars
- Reserve tasting
- Grand tasting
- mushroom hunts
- guest chef dinners in private homes
- silent auction
and even a Boot Scootin’ BBQ and Western Dance at the Angel Fire Resort Country Club! Now what could be more fun than that?! How about you throw in a benefit golf tournament, a Bloody Good Bacon Brunch, and a Chuck Wagon breakfast event and we will call it good.
