Enjoy Newport Beach In Luxe and Style With This Hotel Coming 2018

This boutique hotel opening in Newport Beach next year is going to be the chicest place on the block. Lido House will be nothing short of your dreamiest beach getaway and here are just a few reasons why.

Location, location, location.

This hotel will stand where Newport Beach’s City Hall once did, but once the construction is complete, any signs of the old building will be wiped away with the beauty of Lido House. Perfectly positioned at the entrance to the Balboa Island Peninsula, Lido House’s vibe will be the perfect mix of beachy and chic — so Newport Beach.

The hotel will also be right next door to Lido Marina Village where guests can spend an afternoon shopping in their favorite stores, including Le Labo, Aesop, and many more.

Rooms you’ll never want (or need) to leave.

With 130 guest rooms, five cottages, five king suites, two executive suites, and a massive presidential suite, Lido House gives “boutique hotel” a new meaning.

Each room in the hotel will have recessed beds, as well as vintage-style luggage ottomans and reading chairs where you’ll love your morning juice and newspaper with a side of sunshine.

The five cottages boast 1,300 square feet spread out across three levels. They’ll also have a kitchen and a living room, along with two bedrooms — making this the ideal place to stay as a family, or with friends.

It’s got the look.

With just the right amount of a nautical touch, Lido House will also bring the architectural styles of Cape Cod into its design — thus creating a style that exudes class and comfort.

Beach house vibes are all the rage here, as Lido House will be focusing much of its design efforts on paying homage to the history and culture of Newport Beach.

Redefining dining (and drinking).

The Mayor’s Table is set to be the new area hot spot, and we can’t disagree. The restaurant’s style is that of a gastro pub that will also feature a raw bar, chef’s table, views of the kitchen, and creative cocktails.

Newport Beach is about to get its first rooftop bar, thanks to Lido House’s Topside. With fire pits, and a drink menu that has something for everyone, guests will be flocking up to this place to wet their whistles.

Spa days to die for.

Boost Spa at Lido House will quickly become your favorite happy place. The spa will offer treatments that are centered around the use of botanicals to heal both body and mind.

In addition to the treatment rooms, Boost Spa will offer a relaxation lounge, a fitness center, and a pool area (the Lido Lawn) where private cabanas await.

That only scratches the surface of what Lido House will be offering once its doors open in 2018.

Stay tuned to hear more details about this soon-to-be Newport Beach fave.
