The Retreat

So what’s the retreat all about? Let’s take a look.

The retreat will be held at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa from August 11-13.

In addition to the luxurious accommodations you’ll experience at Eau Palm, you will also get to take advantage of the resort’s fabulous spa and food, on top of Eric’s expert instruction.

Sessions in this retreat will be infused with some rock n’ roll, including themed classes such as one with an all-Prince playlist.

Below are some class highlights from the retreat:

  • Yoga Rocks: Prince. Merging the celebration of both life and Prince, this class will give you a completely new way to look at yoga. Enjoy your down dog while rocking out to “Raspberry Beret.”
  • One Spot Yoga. This class will challenge the student to stay in one spot the entire class. This will require a whole lotta concentration and determination, which will ultimately provide you with a deeper connection to your practice.
  • Yin ‘On The Rocks.’ Yin Yoga is a very quiet and deep practice that works to dive deep into healing your tissues, ligaments, bones, and more.

The price of this retreat is $899 and includes accommodations, all-access pass to yoga classes, spa amenities, pools, private beach, and daily breakfast.
