Andaz Scottsdale Hosts One-Night Ranch-to-Table Wine Dinner

A special one-night culinary experience is heading to Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows this month, bringing together Arizona ranching heritage, open-fire-inspired cooking, and thoughtfully paired wines for an intimate evening under the desert sky.

On June 24, the resort’s signature restaurant, Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen, will host its “From Ranch to Table: K4 Wine Dinner Experience,” a four-course, family-style dinner led by Executive Chef Sammy D. The evening spotlights the premium beef of K4 Ranches, one of Arizona’s most historic, operating out of Prescott since 1941 and known for its single-sourced, high-quality beef.

Designed to feel communal and rooted in the spirit of open-fire cooking, the evening begins with a welcome reception featuring a selection of hors d’oeuvres, including bone marrow and oxtail jam bites, traditional steak tartare, and Chef Sammy’s signature sliders. Guests will enjoy those bites paired with a Lambrusco from Medici Ermete, setting the tone for a menu that leans heavily into regional ingredients.

From there, the dinner unfolds with mushroom pappardelle paired with Morgan Winery Highland Chardonnay, followed by the centerpiece of the evening: family-style K4 Ranches long-bone ribeye and hanger steak, served with béarnaise, potato gratin, summer tomato salad, Arizona corn elote, and gem lettuce. That course is complemented by Morgan Côtes du Crows Syrah-Grenache, chosen to match the richness of the beef.

To close out the meal, Pastry Chef Berenice will serve beef tallow-fried donuts finished with bourbon caramel sauce, a decadent ending to a dinner built around rustic ingredients, elevated through technique and thoughtful presentation. The experience includes three curated wine pairings, with specialty cocktails, including fat-washed bourbon creations, available for purchase.

The “From Ranch to Table: K4 Wine Dinner Experience” takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, and is priced at $160 per person. Tickets are required and available through Eventbrite.
