A fresh chapter has begun at Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, where a sweeping $24 million renovation has officially wrapped, bringing a refined, modern edge to one of the area’s most established desert retreats. The multi-phase transformation introduces reimagined Villas, new guest accommodations, enhanced amenities, and a new dining concept, all designed to elevate the guest experience.

“This transformation marks a defining new chapter for Hilton Scottsdale Resort,” General Manager Tom Clearwater said. “From the refined residential design of our Villas to the energy of Salt & Sol, every detail has been elevated to create a desert escape that feels timeless and distinctly modern.”

At the heart of the renovation are the resort’s 45 two-bedroom Premium Villas, now fully redesigned to offer a private, residential-style stay.
Tucked behind a gated entrance with dedicated parking, the Villas are ideal for group getaways and extended stays, featuring chef’s kitchens, living areas, private patios, and en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. The interiors, reimagined by EllisAdams Design, draw inspiration from the surrounding desert landscape, blending warm neutrals, natural textures, and organic materials.

Thoughtful details set the Villas apart, from exclusive access to a private pool and fire pit to personalized service from a dedicated Villa Curator. Guests can also enjoy perks like pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, private chef dinners, and experiences that make each stay feel tailored and effortless.
Specialty options, including a Family Villa with themed bunk beds and a Fitness Villa equipped with a Tonal system and Peloton bike, add an extra layer of customization.

Salt & Sol, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant at the resort’s main pool area, is now open.
Designed as an open-air gathering place, it blends coastal flavors with Southwest influences, offering a menu centered around seasonal ingredients and global salts. Dishes like grilled halloumi, fig-topped pinsa, and churrasco-style steak pair with cocktails and live music, creating a fun focal point.

The renovation also introduces Mirage Market, an exclusive grab-and-go concept for Villa guests, along with 11 new Premium King guest rooms and a Junior Suite in the main resort.

Across the property, updated interiors reflect a cohesive desert-inspired aesthetic, while a fully reimagined fitness center now features state-of-the-art equipment and a dedicated yoga and stretching studio. Enhancements to meeting and event spaces round out the upgrades, positioning the resort as a versatile destination for both leisure and business travelers.
With 247 total accommodations spanning guest rooms, suites, and Villas, the property offers a wide range of options for weekend escapes, group getaways, or longer retreats. The newly refreshed resort delivers a balance of comfort, style, and immersive desert charm. Learn more at hilton.com.
