I was born…

in the awesome state of Arizona, in the greatest country in the world.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

is the weather.  It’s amazing to be able to go out on any day of the year and just run around or play lacrosse with my friends.

I’m listening to…

the Night Visions album by Imagine Dragons.  I love pretty much all types of music, but this is the best album I’ve listened to in a while.

My family…

is huge and amazing.  As part Arab, extended family is a vital part to any event, and I can’t imagine having it any other way.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Jesus Christ.  I mean seriously, could anyone else be more interesting?

One thing I cannot live without…

is lacrosse.  I have been playing for 6 years and it has really become a major part of my life.  I hope to continue playing at the collegiate level, and if not, on a club team.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

in the military.  I have been focused on serving my country for as long as I can remember.

I’m inspired by…

all the men and women who risk their lives every day to protect the freedoms we take for granted, and are often underappreciated.

The one person who motivates me is…

my grandfather, who continues to beat terminal cancer for over 21 years.  He is an immigrant, veteran, doctor, and the greatest man I have ever met.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

the lack of real respect for women and the unborn.  Our modern society today is extremely misguided when it comes to the way men should treat women, and the huge value we place on being “perfect.”

The perfect day would be…

beating one of our rivals in a lacrosse game, having a family dinner afterwards, and then going to either a Diamondbacks or Coyotes game with all my friends, just relaxing and enjoying life.

My first job was…

a soccer referee, which I started when I was 12.  I still work as an adult soccer referee on Sundays.

My favorite escape…

is going for a long run.  I have run cross-country for three years, and being able to run for hours on end is great for clearing my head.

My life…

consists of balancing my schoolwork, working out, sport practices, hanging with my friends, spending time with my family, watching sports on TV, and playing piano.

I’m currently working on…

getting ready to graduate high school and enter into the U.S. Naval Academy.

Always…

give 100% in everything you do, otherwise don’t do it.

Never…

let a woman open her own door.  My mom always taught me to be gentleman.  She believes strongly that chivalry is not dead.

Favorite Quote…

“Freedom consists not in doing what we like, but in having the right to do what we ought.” –Pope John Paul II

Biggest Dream…

is to serve my country in the military, and to be the best man I can be, both now and later in life as a husband and a father.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

is when people are two-faced or apathetic.  I respect someone who can tell me the truth, even if I may not like it.  Also, I definitely have more respect for someone who has a belief about something, even if it is wrong or I disagree, than someone who is just lukewarm about it.
