Bio on yourself/company: Mark Feeley was born in Massachusetts as one of seven children. He attended Catholic schools for 12 years where he started playing hockey at seven years old. Feeley attended college in Salem, MA and later bought his first restaurant at 25 years of age and later designed 4 other restaurants. He has worked 44 years in the hospitality industry operating restaurants across the country (Massachusetts, Arizona, Kentucky, Connecticut, Georgia) as General Manager all the way to ownership level. During this time, Feeley has driven over 130 million dollars in sales, worked with and trained thousands of employees including more than 200 managers. He has one daughter and four grandchildren. Mark loves to travel, especially to the Caribbean. He loves all sports, especially golf and skiing and always has his tunes on!
The Uncommon in downtown Chandler, AZ opened in July of 2022. This 255-seat restaurant is unique in its throwback theme and retro arcade flair. The menu features popular items such as wings, salads, burgers and signature entrees. The menu also features popular brunch menu items from its sister restaurant, Tipsy Egg, which is right next door. Both restaurants work out of the same kitchen.
The Uncommon has since transitioned into one of the most popular sports bars and entertainment venues in downtown Chandler. The venue features over 15 TVs and 25+ arcade games in addition to shuffleboard, skee-ball, pool tables and dart boards. The Uncommon has LIVE local bands perform every Friday and Saturday from 7:30-10:30pm. The outdoor patio accommodates over 35+ people. The restaurant boasts over 30 draft bears, wine and some very cool signature cocktails. To top things off, The Uncommon recently released a brand-new menu which features smoked wings, salads, sandwiches, cast iron pizzas, burgers and signature dinner items such as St. Louis BBQ Ribs, Green Chile Pot Roast and Alaskan Cod and Chips. The Uncommon also takes large party reservations and private parties.
