A typical day in my life includes… I always make time for something active whether its Tennis, Hiking, or working out. Working on my endless to do list with the business. Finishing the day with a dinner at home with my wife, Michelle, while trying to ignore our very old dog whining for food.
I was born… in Seattle, WA
My favorite thing about Arizona… Energy and optimism from so many people that have chosen to move here from different parts of the country
I’m listening to… Ayybo
My family… Is all over the place. We have 3 kids who have all left to college throughout the country.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… On a local level, it would be Sam Fox. I admire how well he curates a specific experience at each of his venues.
One thing I cannot live without… Camelback Mountain
When I was younger, I wanted to be… The fun morning weather guy on TV
I’m inspired by… all the possibilities that lie in the future
The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… My wife Michelle
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… make it so everyone has at least an opportunity to succeed
The perfect day would be… An early morning hike, Brunch and watching football with my wife, watching the sunset from our pool
My first job was… A Paperboy
My favorite escape… Sedona
My life… always brings something unexpected
I’m currently working on… a dj set
Always… Be authentic to who you are. Don’t live worried about what others think or doing what you think others would want you to do.
Never… Quit something you are passionate about. If you are passionate enough you will work hard enough to be successful.
Favorite Quote… ”Don’t get bitter, get better”
Biggest Dream… Have all my kids be independent, productive adults, and have lots of grandkids 😊
My Pet Peeve(s)… When people rush up the aisle on a plane as soon as they turn the seatbelt sign off after landing to get 2 feet closer to the front
Bio:
I have owned my dental practice in the Scottdale area for over 17 years. We pride ourselves on customizing the patient experience. I grew up in a family of dentists and I resisted doing it for a long time. What ultimately made me want to choose dentistry is the opportunity to take something that can be seen as a negative (going to the dentist) and make an experience that people look forward to. That is my passion to this day!
