My favorite way to wake up is with a few cuddles from my dog, sometimes a workout. Some of my days can include meetings or working from home, but I try to spend as much time as I can in the office with the team! During the week I have class on some evenings, but on others, I prefer to wind down with a good happy hour with my best friend.

Lena Zimmerman is the director of Delete Tattoo Removal & Medical Salon, overseeing marketing and operations for the company. Prior to joining her mother, owner Marci Zimmerman, at the helm of the family-owned business in 2019, Lena gained extensive management knowledge through a decade in the hospitality industry. As part of the management team at a leading West coast restaurant group, Lena honed her business acumen through a rigorous training program and years of hands-on experience managing multi-million-dollar restaurants and overseeing a team of 75 employees.
At Delete, Lena applies her inspiring leadership, creativity, and insightful customer service skills, as she directs a team of dedicated physicians and trained laser technicians. The Arizona native has a true passion for skincare – especially as it relates to laser tattoo removal. Lena is determined to help her team members reach their goals, ensure the best possible experience and results for clients, and serve as a leader in the industry. A lifelong learner, Lena is currently earning her MBA from Arizona State University at the W.P. Carey School of Business. When she is not in the office, Lena enjoys hiking, skiing, puppy cuddles, wine (and cheese of course), and you can always count on her for some karaoke!
