Located near Loop 101 and Bell Road, the project is now accepting reservations for its 32 privately owned garage condominium suites.
Construction is expected to begin in December 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027. Unlike traditional storage facilities, Elite Garages Scottsdale offers individually deeded garage condominiums that allow owners to build equity while creating a space tailored to their lifestyle.

Each garage condominium will feature approximately 22-foot clear ceiling heights and come equipped with premium infrastructure, including insulated walls, ceilings, and garage doors; a dedicated 5-ton HVAC system; 200-amp electrical service; water and sewer stub-outs; smart-enabled automatic overhead doors; and 24-hour gated access with video surveillance.

Every floor plan includes the option to add a mezzanine, expanding the usable space for offices, lounges or additional storage.
