Luxury vehicle owners, collectors and automotive enthusiasts will soon have a new place to store, showcase and enjoy their prized possessions with the arrival of Elite Garages Scottsdale, a new luxury garage condominium development coming to North Scottsdale. Located near Loop 101 and Bell Road, the project is now accepting reservations for its 32 privately owned garage condominium suites.
Construction is expected to begin in December 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027. Unlike traditional storage facilities, Elite Garages Scottsdale offers individually deeded garage condominiums that allow owners to build equity while creating a space tailored to their lifestyle.

Whether used to house collector cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, memorabilia or hobby equipment, each suite is designed to be customized to fit its owner’s vision. Just minutes from Barrett-Jackson, WestWorld of Scottsdale, Scottsdale Airpark, DC Ranch and Silverleaf, the community also offers access to Loop 101, making it easy to connect with car shows, auctions and enthusiast events throughout the Valley.
“Scottsdale has become one of the premier automotive and luxury lifestyle destinations in the country,” said Jim Riggs, founder of Platinum Advisors, the developer behind the project. “Elite Garages Scottsdale is designed to offer more than secure vehicle storage. It’s an opportunity for enthusiasts to own a space that reflects their passion while becoming part of a like-minded community.”

Each garage condominium will feature approximately 22-foot clear ceiling heights and come equipped with premium infrastructure, including insulated walls, ceilings, and garage doors; a dedicated 5-ton HVAC system; 200-amp electrical service; water and sewer stub-outs; smart-enabled automatic overhead doors; and 24-hour gated access with video surveillance.
Owners will also have access to a luxury clubhouse featuring a kitchen, restrooms and gathering space, creating opportunities to socialize with fellow enthusiasts or host private events. Every floor plan includes the option to add a mezzanine, expanding the usable space for offices, lounges or additional storage.

Owners can personalize their garages with upgrades such as epoxy flooring, vehicle lifts, private restrooms, utility enhancements and custom interior finishes. The project is being developed by Platinum Advisors, an Arizona-based commercial firm. The company has developed 56 office condo projects across seven states, including 29 within Scottsdale Airpark.
Elite Garages Scottsdale aims to offer a secure, customizable space where owners can celebrate their passions, protect their investments and become part of a growing community built around Arizona’s automotive culture. Learn more at elitegaragesscottsdale.com.
