AVE Paradise Valley Debuts New Terrace Apartments

AVE Paradise Valley – the sleek, mid-rise community that made its debut earlier this year – is leveling up. The residential real estate brand of Korman Communities just rolled out 52 new terraced apartments along with renovated and brand-new amenity spaces, giving residents even more ways to work, relax and enjoy life in the heart of PV. Since opening in January, the 400-apartment community has already built a loyal following.

“Our mission is to deliver a carefree lifestyle for our residents,” Lea Anne Welsh, President of AVE and COO of Korman Communities, said. “With this transformation, we are excited to deliver elevated on-demand business and leisure space, so residents have more flexibility in how they work, connect, and unwind.”

The refreshed amenity lineup adds a major boost for anyone working remotely or craving extra space to focus. There are new business-friendly areas, a café with a complimentary cold brew machine and hot beverage station, and a private conference room.

AVE Lounge, the on-site bar off the lobby, also has a whole new vibe. It’s been reimagined as a social hangout with a speakeasy feel and high-top seating, giving residents a cozy spot to meet for a drink and good conversation.

These additions build on the community’s perks, which include a resort-style pool, a fully outfitted fitness center, a pet parlor with its own spa, and outdoor courtyards complete with firepit lounges. AVE has always leaned into a hospitality-inspired living experience, and the latest upgrades keep that momentum going.

The big news on the residential side is The Terraces: AVE Paradise Valley’s newest apartment collection. These homes offer some of the largest floor plans residents will find in the area, with layouts ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom options, plus two-bedroom-with-den plans. Sizes run from 696 to a roomy 1,895 square feet. Pricing begins at $2,300 per month, and each residence comes with oversized private balconies overlooking the PV lawn, chef-inspired kitchens, GE washers and dryers, walk-in closets and Bluetooth Sonos systems.

Living at The Terraces puts residents steps from some of Paradise Valley’s most popular spots, including Blanco Reserva, Wren House Brewing, Frost Gelato and Whole Foods. For more: paradisevalley.aveliving.com.
