Phoenix Cannonball Spree, a Great Rally in our Own Backyard

In the past on this blog we have covered automotive happenings such as the French 24 hours of Le Mans, and the trans continental Gumball 3000 Rally.  Today we look at an auto rally happening right in our own backyard, the Cannonball Phoenix Spree.  The Cannonball Phoenix Spree is part cruise in, part rally, part competition, all unfolding on our very own breathtaking Arizona highways.

If this sounds like fun to you, then you will not want to miss this epic, two day rolling automotive adventure.  The interactive journey hits the pavement as a fun spirited competition across Arizona as participants scavenger, photo, and trivia hunt their way to the finish line. “Cruise In” Friday and enjoy the entertainment, then buckle up Saturday and prepare to hit the highways as the competition gets underway.  Last years’ inaugural event saw a variety of cars, from rat rod to super sport to proto-muscle, to way out there themed cars, so remember ALL makes and models are welcome.  Spectators are welcome to checkout the Cannonballers and their machinery Friday night.
