Ferrari Debuts Fastest Car in its History

Ferrari was founded in the little hill city of Maranello, Italy in 1929.  Starting out as a racing only automotive manufacturer, the company has gone through its paces, been around the speedway a few times, and underwent its fair share of reinvention.  Whether it be associated with the classic years of Formula 1 racing, the glossy years of Miami Vice type 1980s opulence, or the more recent high tech super car boom, Ferrari has been around long enough and put in enough work to put out one of the top products on the market, no matter the time or place.  Ferrari has proven this once again with the unveiling of the beautiful new Ferrari F 12 Berlinetta.

Making its official world debut on Ferrari.com in preparation for its physical debut at the Geneva International Motor Show, the F 12 Berlinetta, finished in an attractive new Rosso Berlinetta three-layer colour, represents the very cutting-edge of mid-front-engined sports cars.

Not only is the Berlinetta a beauty for the eye to behold, with a plush leather interior, ergonomically optimized for the luxury and performance enthusiast, but it is also the fastest car Ferrari has ever made.  Producing 509 lb-ft of torque, the Berlinetta puts out enough power to propel its 3,362-pound self from 0-62 mph in just 3.1 seconds and 0-104 mph in 8.5 seconds.

Phoenix Valley auto, luxury, and sport car enthusiasts can view and test drive any current production model Ferrari at Scottsdale Ferrari.  Exited Phoenix Valley car nuts can also look forward to Ferrari’s notably colorful exhibitions at any one of the various auto shows taking place in the region.  Stay tune to Vroom for more updates as they come in.
