Every evening during the month of August, residents are invited to enjoy specials beginning at 4:30 p.m. nightly at Phoenix gastropub, Salty Sow.
Mondays and Tuesdays: Guests can enjoy all-night specials on all signature craft cocktails, local draft beers, wine and small plates.
Wednesdays: Executive Chef Harold Marmulstein offers his “special” prime rib slow cooked and served with Yukon gold crushed potatoes, horseradish sauce, jus and house salad.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: Salty Sow comes alive with live music on the misty patio from local singer and songwriters from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Thursdays and 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Sundays: Porchetta day with chef’s special served with arugula salad, fingerling potatoes, red peppers, shaved fennel, and green herb sauce.
