From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lon’s at the Hermosa offers a delicious four-course menu, which includes smoked salmon, broiled Mexican shrimp, mini cornmeal waffles with berry compote, vegetable egg-white frittata, roasted halibut, roast leg of lamb and beef tenderloin. Top it all off with a sweet dark-chocolate cream torte, farmers dessert or carrot cake.
The Mansion’s Easter brunch menu includes champagne, roast lamb, carved ham, carved prime rib, salad stations and a dessert buffet. Choose from three seating times: 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
Scottsdale Princess restaurants have teamed up for a creative Easter brunch menu, which includes a Southwestern omelet station, seared ancho lime-rubbed ahi tuna with lychee nut and Mexican mango-fruit relish, and Kobe beef sliders. Hit the sweet spot with carrot cake, raspberry truffle cake, white and dark chocolate mousse shooters, or Nutella ganache tarts.
Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North
Kids can hunt for eggs then dine on Easter brunch with the whole family in the Talavera dining room from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The “Flavors of the Sea” station will feature a shrimp cocktail, Alaskan crab legs and smoked salmon, while a carving station offers prime rib, honey-mustard salmon and herb-roasted lamb. The endless dessert buffet will feature mini doughnuts, carrot-cake cupcakes and parfaits.
Keeping with a Southwestern theme, the Easter brunch menu at Roaring Fork features an omelet station, meat carving station, parfaits and a variety of desserts that will just hit the spot, along with a Bloody Mary or Mimosa.
