Enjoy turkey day with your choice of natural turkey, slow-roasted prime rib or sole meuniere with butter brown sauce. Of course your turkey delight will come with all the fixtures — stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and maple yams. Last but not least guests will enjoy a slice of pumpkin pie. BLT Steak:
6 p.m.
Where better to over-indulge than at the famous local BLT Steak. The prix fixe dinner features celery root, chestnut and apple soup and main course choices like roasted turkey with garlic mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts; dry-aged roasted prime rib with caramelized onion and bacon popover; and bacon-wrapped wild salmon with cabbage fondue and caviar. You will be served McIntosh apple cake and hazelnut-pumpkin pie for dessert. Reservations required. $85.

10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Head to the beautiful Palmera Salon at Royal Palms Resort and Spa for a fabulous high-style buffet. Plus all participants will enjoy live Spanish guitar music! Starters include fruits, asparagus, salmon hummus and breads. There will be an omelet, soup and salad, and carving stations featuring oven-roasted turkey breast and pork tenderloin.
