FIVE NORTH at VISTANCIA is a mixed-use destination in North Peoria that’s reached a major milestone with the selection of Scottsdale-based Lyfe Companies to develop the first phase of its main street retail and restaurant district. The project marks the next chapter for the 320-acre development, which is designed to blend dining, shopping, entertainment, hospitality and residential living into one walkable destination.
Vistancia Development LLC has entered into a contract with Lyfe Companies to develop 9.65 acres within the future main street corridor. The first phase will focus on attracting a collection of local and regional restaurants that will serve as the heart of the development, creating an energetic gathering place where residents and visitors can dine, connect and spend time.
Lyfe Companies is well known for creating neighborhood destinations that combine thoughtful design with sought-after restaurant concepts. Leading the project is Casey Treadwell, the firm’s chief development officer, whose experience includes notable Valley destinations such as Epicenter in Gilbert and Uptown Plaza in Phoenix, along with restaurant tenants including Buck & Rider, The Mission and Huss Brewing.
Joining the effort is Amy Malloy, managing principal of Phoenix-based Evolve Ventures, who will serve as project manager alongside Lyfe Companies. Western Retail Advisors has been selected to lead leasing efforts, with marketing for the project’s first phase now underway.
When complete, FIVE NORTH will offer restaurants and shopping, office space, healthcare, hospitality, education, an employment center and luxury residential options, all connected through pedestrian-friendly streets and open gathering spaces. A linear park will enhance the design, creating inviting outdoor areas where visitors can linger between meals, shopping and community events.
A new 14-acre City of Peoria park is under construction within FIVE NORTH and will feature sports fields, baseball and softball fields, basketball courts, ramadas, a playground and restrooms.
