Apres Chalet at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa

Experience the magic of a cozy, elevated mountain resort right here in the desert at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa’s annual Apres Chalet holiday pop-up in partnership with Veuve Clicquot. The elegant après ski-inspired lounge serves a holiday-themed drink menu of Champagne and Champagne-based cocktails, along with beer, wine and shots, while the food menu is perfect for indulging in shareable bites like delicious charcuterie boards and cozying up the fire for marshmallow roasting. 

A portion of the pop-up’s proceeds will be donated to the Healing Hearts Animal Rescue. The event is first-come, first-served and runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through December 23. Learn more here.

Miracle at Floor 13

Rudolph’s Wrath at the Trophy Room

One of Phoenix’s newest cocktail experiences, the Trophy Room has transformed its speakeasy bar into an immersive holiday experience where you’ll find much more than bows and twinkling lights.  Guests will enjoy six seasonal cocktails as they follow along the pop-up’s themed adventure centered around Rudolph’s mission to save Christmas by rescuing Santa who has been abducted. The holiday pop-up runs through December 31 and is entered through Wren & Wolf. Reservations are required and can be made online here

Sippin’ Santa at Bitter & Twisted

Now through December 24, the iconic Bitter & Twisted welcomes guests inside a tiki holiday spectacular boasting everything from festive palm trees and ten thousand lights to snowflakes and a special menu with rum at its focus. Stellar holiday drinks include the Jingle Bird and Ginger Snapper. This season, Sippin’ Santa is allowing walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis for a two-hour visit when the pop-up bar gets full. The Ember Lounge is an all-new pop-up experience inside The District Dome, an immersive 50-foot spherical dome at Desert Ridge Marketplace. For a limited time this holiday season, the Ember Lounge is transporting guests into a festive evergreen forest under the stars with cozy themed dining nooks, whimsical craft cocktails, chef-driven menu offerings and a mesmerizing state-of-the-art projection show. Winter Wonderland at JoJo’s ShakeBAR

JoJo’s ShakeBAR, known for its over-the-top drink concoctions, is now a one-stop destination for any sweet tooth and holiday fanatic. Dressed in thousands of sparkling string lights, an eight-foot tall nutcracker, Christmas trees, giant ornaments and more, JoJo’s has become a winter wonderland where guests can enjoy a special holiday menu featuring incredible drinks that can be enjoyed with booze or alcohol-free. To set the scene, the Winter Wonderland Biggie Shake boasts a peppermint shake base topped with a Christmas tree cookie, marshmallow present, mini candy cane and a donut hole snowman.
