Set to open late this summer at Mesa Riverview, Dink & Dine Pickle Park brings together chef driven dining, live entertainment, and event-ready spaces alongside professional grade pickleball courts for a new kind of community hub. Covering 72,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the venue is designed to elevate both play and connection through unforgettable all-in-one experiences.
“We set out to build something that didn’t exist in the market; a place where world-class play meets hospitality, community, and entertainment,” Co-founder Ken Gerdau said. “Every detail at Dink & Dine is designed to deliver an unforgettable experience.”
Dink & Dine Pickle Park was built with competitive and casual players in mind, featuring 13 premium courts -10 indoor and three outdoor – outfitted with cushioned surfaces, pro-level LED lighting, and integrated video tech to enhance every match.
At the center of it all is the show-stopping stadium court, designed to host high-energy tournaments and serve as a lively gathering point for guests. Further elevating the player experience, they have partnered with industry leader Selkirk to provide top-tier paddles, gear, and support.
More than just a sports venue, Dink & Dine stands out with its culinary options led by seasoned chefs. The menu features creative small plates to satisfying post-game meals, all designed to be enjoyed together. In the near future, guests can look forward to seasonal dishes, curated beverages, and culinary events.
The venue is also equipped to host events, with three private event rooms, a dedicated bar and lounge area, shaded patios, and a pet-friendly outdoor space. From corporate gatherings and tournaments to intimate celebrations and casual get-togethers, Dink & Dine provides a versatile backdrop. Additional amenities include fire pits, outdoor games, live music, and a clubhouse.
The preview phase, First Dink: A Taste to Dine For, kicks off on July 30, 2025, with full-scale programming and expanded culinary offerings scheduled for October 11, 2025. For more information, visit dinkanddine.com or follow @dinkanddine on Instagram.
