Get your sweat and sip on at the Village Health Clubs with a complimentary Kettlebells & Cocktails class on Saturday, August 24. Classes are open to the public and will allow participants to get in a cardio and strength session for an amazing total-body workout. Gym-goers of all levels will learn how to do the top-10 kettlebell exercises in classes at 10 am, noon and 2 pm. Experienced, professional personal trainers will demonstrate how to swing, squat, deadlift, shoulder press and more. Kettlebells are known to improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also burning fat and developing lean muscles.
Best of all, cocktails will follow each session. The morning class will sip mimosas, the noon class will enjoy sangria and the last class of the day will savor wine. Unable to attend a class?
