Come Away with Me: An Evening of Romance With the Phoenix Opera: Celebrate the romance of Valentine’s Day with favorite Broadway love songs on February 9 at 7 p.m. Turn down the lights and travel with the stars of the Phoenix Opera on a journey through the melodies and magic of musical greats such as Gershwin, Porter, Bernstein and Webber. “Feast for the Senses” Cooking Class at Four Seasons Resort, Troon North: Participate in an interactive demonstration and then dine on a romantic three-course menu prepared by chef Mel Mecinas on February 11 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The class tempts the five senses and features a menu meant for sharing and includes dishes like red beet carpaccio.
