The Cocktail Society Comes to Scottsdale

Aeriel Bartender 2

‘The best party you’ve never been to’ is coming to the Scottsdale Performing Arts Center on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 7-11 p.m.  The Cocktail Society, presented by the Scottsdale League for the Arts, will feature exclusive food, specialty cocktails, and unique entertainment around every turn.

Interactive libation experiences include aerial bartenders dropping down from the ceiling for service. Guests will enjoy an abundance of electrifying entertainment including a pair of dueling DJ’s from Desert House Productions, shadow dancers, Saydi Driggers and Urban Electra – an electric string quartet performing everything from rock, pop, club music, and cutting edge electronic music.

Other activities include SensMood, an interactive experience of flavor, aroma and taste and a Cigar Lounge where cigar aficionados can enjoy sips and puffs. Party-goers can get their photo snapped in Stella the Airstream Picture Bus, a silver 1966 Airstream camper that has been restored and repurposed as a classic photo booth with glammed-up modern curbside appeal. Stella the Airstream features air-conditioned, wi-fi enabled group photo and selfie swag for instant social sharing.

All net proceeds raised will support the non-profit Scottsdale League for the Arts in its effort to promote arts and arts education organizations in the Phoenix metropolitan area, via annual fundraisers such as the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and The Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner. Since 2002, the League has contributed more than $4 million to numerous organizations such as Ballet Arizona, Childsplay and Free Arts of Arizona.

Doors for the event open at 7 p.m. Admission is $85 during online presale and will be $100 at the door. Admission is all-inclusive with complimentary cocktails and unlimited food, live music and entertainment. For tickets and more information visit scottsdalefest.org.
