Arizona Restaurant Week 2012

If you ever wished you could sample a local restaurant’s top dishes at a fraction of the price, you’re not wistfully day-dreaming, nor are you alone. Running September 15-23, a legitimate Arizona Restaurant Week lets foodies explore and indulge in a smorgasbord of local culinary delights, from hidden taco shops and steakhouses to high-end, award-winning eateries.

Scottsdale’s Cask 63’s prix-fixe menu selection

Just in the Phoenix/Valley area alone, 129 restaurants, such as Blanco (Scottsdale), House of Tricks (Tempe) and North- – Fattoria Italiana (Phoenix), will offer $30 or $40 three-course prix-fixe menus.

In Tucson, 24 restaurants, including Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, The Melting Pot, and Azul Restaurant Lounge, will serve up $20, $30 or $40 three-course prix-fixe menus.

And not to worry if you or your dining partner(s) don’t see anything you like from the prix-fixe menu; participating restaurants will be offering their standard menu items (with accompanying standard prices) as well.
