Coffee Builders Unveils “Galactic Menu”

In Phoenix, Coffee Builders is proving that a coffee shop can be more than just a place to grab a quick caffeine fix; it can be a full sensory experience. With the return of its limited time “Galactic Menu,” the café is tapping into a growing consumer appetite for experiential dining, where creativity, presentation and flavor intersect in ways that feel memorable and always shareable.

Available through June, the rotating menu showcases a lineup of visually striking, barista-driven drinks that push beyond traditional coffee offerings. The Rebel Spy delivers a bourbon barrel-aged cold brew with a smoked finish, while The Dark Side Latte layers black cocoa espresso with strawberry and black pepper cold foam for a bold, unexpected twist.

The Dago Boba 3.0 brings a playful, color-shifting element with butterfly pea flower milk, matcha and kiwi popping boba, and the Space Chasers Flight invites guests to explore espresso in a new way with four distinct pours paired with flavors like raspberry and beet or sweet matcha.

The concept extends beyond beverages, reinforcing Coffee Builders’ position as a destination rather than a stop. A new seasonal addition, “Hothsicles,” introduces rotating frozen treats with inventive flavor combinations, while the café’s food program features house-made German- and French-inspired pastries alongside Danish-style open-faced sandwiches, or smørrebrød.
