An evening of glamour and giving will take center stage at Wrigley Mansion on November 6 as Almost There Rescue hosts Vanity Fur, its signature fundraising gala benefiting vulnerable dogs and puppies throughout Arizona. Beginning at 7 p.m., the event will bring guests together to support the nonprofit’s specialized care for pregnant dogs, nursing mothers and puppies rescued from challenging circumstances.
As Almost There Rescue’s largest fundraising event of the year, Vanity Fur helps provide the resources needed to care for dogs during a critical stage of their lives. Dogs spend an average of eight weeks in the rescue’s care, receiving veterinary services, socialization and training before finding their forever homes.
The organization also operates Puppy Preschool, a specially designed program that helps prepare young dogs for life with their adoptive families. The gala will be catered by Pizza to the Rescue. Through rescue, education and community programs, Almost There Rescue works to improve outcomes for dogs and help them transition into loving homes.
Early-bird tickets are available for $150 through Sept. 25, with ticket prices increasing to $200 beginning Sept. 26. The event typically sells out, and guests are encouraged to reserve their spots early. Vanity Fur takes place at Wrigley Mansion on November 6 at 7 p.m. Learn more: VANITY FUR.
