Co-Media and AZF Media release new ‘Behind The Food’ episode featuring Mochidot Donuts

“Behind The Food” returns with a brand new episode featuring Mochidot Donuts, an Asian and woman-owned donut shop in Central Phoenix known for its chewy-textured, freshly made mochi donuts, with new flavors rotating every month.

Founded by Nichole Williscroft and Rebeckah Lee, Mochidot is inspired by the rich culinary tapestry of Asia and the vibrant local community, offering small batches of exciting flavor-driven fusions, crafted daily from scratch. This episode gives an inside look at how these donuts are made and what sets Mochidot apart from others, while shedding light on why mochi donuts are quickly becoming a local favorite.
