The Scottsdale Resort & Spa’s signature restaurant, La Fogata, is featuring a specialty Easter Brunch buffet complete with classic dishes and a visit from the Easter Bunny to celebrate the holiday on March 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. With a limited-time spread curated by Area Executive Chef Ken Arneson, guests will enjoy a delectable brunch buffet backdropped by panoramic vistas of the McCormick Ranch Golf Club and Camelback Mountain. On Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Royal Palms Resort and Spa invites friends and family to gather around and celebrate Easter with a decadent brunch buffet curated by Executive Chef Lee Hillson. This Easter, dine in with Seasons 52 or dine at home with a Seasons 52 Easter Green Box. On Sunday, March 31, the restaurant is serving an a la carte Easter Brunch featuring seasonal ingredients in the dining room from 9 a.m to 2 p.m., where guests will enjoy selections such as Crab and Cheddar Quiche, Upright French Toast with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Apricot-Glazed Spiral Ham and Wood-Grilled Shrimp and Grits. Brunch Sips will also be available to enhance the brunch experience, including cocktails such as Mimosas, Sangria, Strawberry Hibiscus Margarita, Bloody Marys and Rosé Lemonade. The Americano

The Americano is offering a prix fixe menu on Easter Sunday featuring family-style brunch bites, including Ricotta Waffles with honey, chantilly cream and fresh berries; Crispy Potatoes with fingerling potatoes, truffle and parmesan; and Wood-Fire Filet with salsa verde, along with the choice of a main dish. The entree selections include a 12-ounce Ribeye with eggs any style and Italian fries; Wagyu Beef Cheek with potato hash, sunny-side-up egg, pumpkin seed togarashi and parmesan; Eggs Benedict with lobster hollandaise, lobster tail and English muffin; Ricotta Pancakes with polenta pancakes, huckleberry and Fresno compote and whipped mascarpone butter; Avocado Toast with king crab, candied Fresno, country bread and poached eggs; The Americano Burger with truffle aioli, melted onion, tomato, lettuce, fontina cheese and a sunny-side-up egg on a brioche bun; and Chef Conant’s famous Pasta Al Pomodoro with his signature sauce.
