Looking for a super-relaxing way to spend Saturday night? How about reverting to everyone’s favorite tween pastime and heading to the Scottsdale location of U.S. Egg for a pajama party (doesn’t get more relaxing than PJs!)?
From 5 to 9 p.m. this Saturday, the popular breakfast eatery will host a pajama drive for the Central Arizona Shelter Services. Diners are invited to come dressed in their favorite pajamas and have some breakfast for dinner (the restaurant is usually only open for breakfast). Twenty percent of all sales will go towards purchasing new pajamas for Central Arizona Shelter Services. Menu items include the good-for-you protein pancakes, stuffed with blueberry, granola and almonds; satisfying speciality dishes, like an Arizona frittata; several unique omelets and many more healthful–for not to healthful–a.m. eats.
If you can’t join in the fun, feel free to donate a new pair at the drop box in front of Scottsdale’s U.S. Egg. U.S. Egg Scottsdale, 3238 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, 480.947.7344. http://useggrestaurant.com/.
