It’s Your Last Chance to Enjoy UnderTow’s Classic Cocktails Ahead of New Menu Change

Join UnderTow, the Phoenix’s premiere underground cocktail bar, as they celebrate popular classics with a limited-time “Greatest Hits” menu before the iconic Tiki bar revamps with a new menu coming in May.

“We’ve witnessed the remarkable journey of UnderTow over the past eight years, and now, we’re gearing up for an exhilarating new voyage,” says Jason Asher, partner and co-founder of Barter & Shake, which manages UnderTow. “From timeless favorites to hidden gems, the ‘Greatest Hits’ menu promises a nostalgic celebration of rich history.”

With a dedication to creativity and excellence, UnderTow invites guests to relive old memories and create new ones in their immersive environment. The special menu will host expertly crafted cocktails from the bar’s eight-year-long history. Accompanying the Greatest Hits menu, sneak peeks of the newly curated drink concepts will give visitors a taste of what’s to come.

“We’re thrilled to embark on this new chapter,” says Ashley Cibor, bar manager of UnderTow Arcadia. “The whole team has flexed their creativity and passion into crafting an unforgettable lineup of cocktails for this new menu. Before we turn the change course, we wanted to give our guests a chance to relive some of the moments that have made UnderTow so special. I’ve been with this team for four years—so some of these cocktails are like visiting old friends!”

For the remainder of April, fans of the bar, both new and old, can indulge in the extensive limited-time menu with all-time favorites, like the bourbon and rum Smoking Cannon and the smoky mezcal Smuggled Goods. For those looking to try something new, experience the up-and-coming menu with sneak peeks like the Aztec Aphrodisiac and Goddess of Flowers, two rum-based mixtures.

Whether you sail once more with the classics or embark on a journey of exploration with new concepts, enjoy one-of-a-kind craft cocktails at UnderTow’s Phoenix and Gilbert locations.
