Dolce Vita is marking its milestone anniversary with a lemon-themed celebration on May 15. Capturing the bright and refreshing spirit of spring, the locally owned shop invites the community to join in the festivities from 12 to 7 p.m. and enjoy a complimentary scoop of its house-made lemon or stracciatella gelato. For an extra layer of excitement, guests can also try their luck at raffles for gift cards.
“Celebrating 15 years is a tremendous honor, and we owe it to the incredible support of our community,” Owner Fabrizio Cali said. “This event is our way of expressing gratitude to the people who have been with us on this journey. What better way to celebrate than with free gelato and a joyful day together?”
A Mesa favorite, Dolce Vita is also a hub for authentic Sicilian cuisine, serving hand-crafted pizzas, pasta, paninis, meatballs, and their famous Gourmet Panino, an experience in itself. Cali has brought his Sicilian heritage and authentic Italian flavors to the Valley through the culinary traditions of Dolce Vita.
“There is so much depth and richness to Italian cuisine beyond what is commonly known,” Cali said. “Dolce Vita offers a genuine taste of Italy, whether it’s through our handcrafted gelato or the dishes from our kitchen.”
The on-site Italian market offers imported pantry staples, including pasta, cookies, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sauces, specialty Italian flours, and an Italian deli stocked with imported meats and cheeses, along with house-made desserts like their renowned tiramisu.
