Christmas Day at elements will be celebrated with a four-course dinner by executive chef and Food Network star Beau MacMillan. Menu choices include smoked salmon ‘benedict’ with savory French toast; wild mushroom and truffle soup with spot prawn ravioli; miso-glazed Chilean sea bass with forbidden rice, charred zucchini and coconut lobster broth.
