Old Town Scottsdale’s Bottled Blonde is taking on new heights with a shiny new rooftop addition.
LGE Design Build, a full-service design and construction firm, recently completed construction on the addition, bringing the sports bar’s total square footage to just under 12,000 square feet.
The only way to expand in such a popular and condensed district was to go up. The rooftop adds 1,900 square feet to the existing building and features games, outdoor seating and more. The space has modern finishes including a custom raw wood and granite bar and lush ivy detailing.
“The rooftop addition to Bottled Blonde has been an exciting project for LGE,” said John Mocarski, LGE Project Executive and Registered Architect. “The design allowed us to incorporate details that are both functional and aesthetic and are sure to be enjoyed by its many patrons. LGE was able to provide the highest quality of construction on an ambitious schedule, thanks to our unique design-build process. And it’s open just in time for Arizona’s mild winter season.”
The open rooftop floor plan offers space for giant connect four, corn hole and even an arcade-style basketball shooting game. Comfortable seating borders the space, which creates a seamless transition from a chilled day-time atmosphere to a posh after-dark vibe. At night, Bottled Blonde hosts high-energy events and delivers a night club atmosphere for their patrons that will now extend to the roof.
Bottled Blonde is located at the intersection of Camelback and Scottsdale Roads. LGE Design Build has partnered with Evening Entertainment Group on multiple locations across the southwest.
