Who doesn’t love a good deal? Especially when it comes to food. SouthBridge Scottsdale’s Estate House is offering special 20/30 tasting menus this summer, each featuring an appetizer, entree and a dessert for $20 or $30. The 20/30 entree selections include a mixed greens salad with fresh grape tomato vinaigrette; rock shrimp bruschetta, with garlic and lemon in a white wine sauce; chicken Milanese with tomato and onion salad, baby arugula, and lemon roasted potatoes; angel hair pasta with fresh grape tomatoes, garlic, basil and mozzarella; Prince Edward Island mussels made with Negro Modelo beer, chorizo, roasted garlic, and cilantro butter; caprese salad with a Vine ripened tomato, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction; lemon grilled artichoke with a roasted garlic aioli; raspberry chipotle glazed salmon, with crispy fries and spiced coleslaw; grilled NY strip steak with a caramelized onion demi glaze, and apple wood bacon macaroni and cheese; and Roasted half chicken with house made bbq sauce, sour cream and chive mashed potatoes. Dessert options: Fresh berries with honey and chopped Marcona almonds; vanilla ice cream sundae; chocolate chip and peanut butter ice cream sandwich; and classic crème brulee with fresh berries.
