Get your brats and beer in order, folks. On Friday, Oct. 22, and Saturday, Oct. 23, Phoenix’s new CityScape is celebrating Oktoberfest with tasty and entertaining events. On Friday, Oktoberfest is from 4 to 10 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 10 p.m.
Come hungry because CityScape will host a Schreiner’s German Sausage Eating Contest and Aaron May of Vitamin T at CityScape and Old Town Scottsdale’s Iruna and Mabel’s on Main will offer Munich-style sausages, brats and giant pretzels. To wash it all down, there will be plenty of German beers to enjoy, including selections from Weihenstephan Brewery, the oldest brewery in Bavaria.
Here’s the entertainment lineup:

4-6 p.m. Christ Putrino Trio
6:30-8 p.m. Hans Olson
8:30-10 p.m. John Smoltz Polka Band
