Westin Kierland Resort & Spa’s Kierland After Dark Kicks Off Scottsdale Jazz Festival

The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa will host a Scottsdale Jazz Festival Premiere Party Friday, April 29 from 6-10 p.m. as part of the hotel’s new event series Kierland After Dark. The 11th annual Scottsdale Jazz Festival, celebrated annually on April 30th, International Jazz Day, is known for bringing communities from all over the world together to celebrate jazz music.

During Kierland After Dark guests can watch the sunset at the hotel’s Marshall’s Outpost with live musical performances by jazz legends, Doc Jones, Fred Bowswell Jr., Neamen Lyles, the Sugar Thieves, Jaleo and the Nayo Jones Experience. Hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by Westin’s Executive Chef Chris Masco, offering samples from the resort’s scotch library and Wagner Family of wines from Napa Valley.

Tickets to the inaugural Kierland After Dark includes live jazz and dancing, dessert, champagne, wine and scotch sampling and valet parking. General admission is $125.00.
