Guests at W Scottsdale work or rest easy thanks to rigorous cleaning protocols and newly-enhanced distancing requirements and occupancy limits at the hotel’s public spaces.
The hotel’s WET Pool is available exclusively to hotel guests, with occupancy capped to 50 guests at a time. Cabanas are spaced to allow for distancing, and poolside amenities are delivered by staff wearing PPE. For community safety, face coverings are required at all times throughout the hotel’s public spaces.
The layout of poolside daybeds and cabanas is reconfigured to allow for social distancing while catching rays. Poolside cocktails and bites can be ordered via QR code to eliminate touch points, and delivered by hotel staff wearing masks and gloves.
Daybeds and cabanas will be sterilized after each use, and WC’s will be cleaned on the hour. The hotel’s AWAY Spa is open from 11 AM to 8 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Appointments are staggered to allow for social distancing in the lounge and locker rooms, which will be thoroughly cleaned on the hour.
Spa talent will also wear proper PPE when delivering treatments to provide peace of mind while helping guests unwind. All hotel talent will undergo temperature checks before each shift to keep fellow talent and guests safe.
