Tempe will soon welcome the largest new hotel opening that the area has seen in nearly four decades.
The brand new Westin Tempe is scheduled to receive guests and visitors as soon as this August as the project nears completion.
Centrally located within Tempe’s downtown district at 11 E. 7th Street, the full-service hotel will offer 290 spacious guest rooms and suites that will feature floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of Tempe’s iconic “A” Mountain.
Along with approximately 21,000 square feet of exceptional indoor and outdoor event space, the hotel will also encompass three dining concepts, including:
- Terra Tempe Kitchen & Spirits, a signature, ground-floor restaurant offering a contemporary take on Southwestern cuisine through the use of local, seasonal ingredients and flavors;
- Skysill Rooftop Lounge, the Valley’s highest open-air rooftop bar and lounge on the 18th floor that boasts its own curated menu of shareable plates and craft cocktails set against a backdrop of panoramic city and mountain views;
- Cup of Joe Market Café, a relaxed, quick-service bistro with grab-and-go options and retail merchandise.
While an opening date will be announced in the coming weeks, guests can now pre-book fall stays from August 29.
