The Global Ambassador, Phoenix’s New Internationally-Inspired Hotel, to Open in December

The Global Ambassador, the new internationally-inspired hotel where culture and culinary influences from around the globe meet for one remarkable experience, will open its doors in Phoenix on December 6.

After nearly a decade in the making, the highly-anticipated luxury hotel merges impressive hospitality, culinary and wellness experiences within one perfectly and precisely curated destination, bringing guests five original restaurants serving vibrant flavors and traditional cuisines from all over the world.

Each culinary experience at The Global Ambassador reflects the worldly travels of hospitality legend Sam Fox, who has crafted every aspect of the high-style, high-design 141-room hotel after his personal journeys across the globe. As with all of Fox’s projects, The Global Ambassador is rooted in the surrounding community, so each restaurant is designed to be a gathering place not only for travelers and hotel guests but also for locals.

Four of the five restaurants will welcome guests on opening day, including Le Âme, the romantic Parisian steak house nestled in the soul of The Global Ambassador. Le Âme pays homage to traditional French fare with the perfect steakhouse touch, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch for an exceptional experience at any time. Le Market, the bustling Parisian patisserie, will draw guests in with echoes of chatter centered around decadent pastries and the perfect espresso in the morning, as well as exquisite cheese presentations curated by the in-house fromager that are paired perfectly with wines in the evening.
