On Wednesday, November 5, Mii amo’s Executive Chef Zach Woodworth will reunite with longtime friend and mentor Chef Chris Huerta, Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage for Old Edwards Hospitality Group in North Carolina, for a special one-night culinary event at Hummingbird.

This exclusive six-course tasting dinner promises an unforgettable experience where refined Southern traditions meet Sedona’s local ingredients, all elevated through the chefs’ elegant technique and deep-rooted connection. Seating is available between 5 and 8:30 p.m., but space is limited for this intimate event.

The collaboration is more than a menu – it’s a meaningful reconnection between two chefs whose shared culinary journey began years ago. Chef Woodworth once served as sous chef under Chef Huerta, a formative chapter that sparked a lasting camaraderie and a mutual dream of returning to the kitchen together.
