Kick off 2017 with a healthy mind and healthy body. Meditation expert Sarah McLean returns to Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa for a Satori Mindfulness Meditation Spa Retreat from Jan. 22-25.
McLean, who is the founding director of the Sedona Meditation Training Company, has designed the three-night program to impart deep relaxation, balance, mindfulness and self-reflection. The retreat will accommodate both beginners and seasoned meditation practitioners, and is an opportunity to “restart” the mind and body as the New Year commences.
Sanctuary’s inspiring mountain setting and dedicated enclave, Spa House, will host the meditation and self-awareness exercises that are held throughout the day. Guests may also enjoy four calming 60-minute spa therapies at the Sanctuary Spa, nourishing daily meals courtesy of elements restaurant, and three nights of luxurious resort accommodations. The program schedule is available online.
Sanctuary’s Satori Mindfulness Meditation Spa Retreat starts at $2,264 per person all-inclusive, and is limited to a group of 12. An early booking savings of ten percent is available through Dec. 15, 2016, and companion discounts are also available. For information and reservations, call 480.624.8513.
