Artizen’s four-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu includes such delights as Five Spice Pork Belly, Foie Torchon and Roasted Sunchokes to start, while a Baby Wedge Salad, Caesar Salad and Roasted Seasonal Squash highlights the second course. The following course features Maple Brine Pork Chop, Veal Cheeks, Grilled Swordfish, and Torn Pasta, before ending the meal on a sweet note with Apple Galette or Textures of Chocolate dish.
