Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, together with Thunderbird Legacy Development, is expanding its brand of iconic luxury hotels to Downtown Phoenix. Scheduled to open in early 2025, the new Fairmont Hotel and Residences will offer a one-of-a-kind luxury hotel and residential experience in the Downtown Phoenix area.
The new hotel and residences will be located in the heart of Downtown just south of the Central Business District, which is a short walking distance from the Phoenix Convention Center, the sports and entertainment district, and the Warehouse District.
The property features 25 stories that will include 225 guestrooms, 34 hotel guest suites and 151 residences. Guestrooms will be of the highest quality with generous amounts of space and incredible views of downtown and Arizona’s desert landmarks, including Camelback Mountain.
Fairmont Phoenix’s innovative cuisine and beverage program will be complete with four bars and restaurants, including a lobby bar, a full-service restaurant, a rooftop pool and specialty bar, and a gourmet café.
Additional hotel amenities will feature an exceptional spa and wellness center with treatment rooms and a health club, as well as the signature Fairmont Gold experience of private check-in and an 18,000-square-foot lounge, business center and retail space.
Floors 14 to 25 will house a collection of Fairmont-branded luxury residences and penthouses, the first branded residential condominiums in the central Phoenix market. To separate the hotel and residence experience, homeowners will have their very own amenities, including an owner’s lounge, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, dedicated parking, a private entrance and more.
